This Privacy Policy explains what data BeanBot ("the Bot") collects and how it's used.

1. What the Bot collects

The Bot stores, per server it's added to:

The Bot reads message content only to detect specific triggers described in its documentation (words/phrases like "bro," "first," or "goodnight everyone"). It does not analyze, store, or forward the full content of unrelated messages.

2. What the Bot does not do

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored by the operator of this Bot instance on their hosting provider. It is not sent to any external service beyond Discord's own API.

4. Data retention and deletion

Balances and related data persist until the operator resets them or a server removes the Bot. Server admins or the Bot's operator can request deletion of a server's data by contacting the operator directly.

5. Children's privacy

The Bot is intended for use within Discord, which requires users to meet Discord's own minimum age requirements. The Bot does not knowingly collect data beyond what's described above from anyone.

6. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time; continued use of the Bot after a change means you accept the updated policy.
